Video Analysis / Stroke Correction sessions are a great way to pinpoint what aspects of your stroke are holding you back. Once you know, you are then armed with ways to work on / correct the deficiencies.
Then, join a LYNX group swim: schedule found here and receive feedback while you get in purposeful swim sets helping you work towards your goal of technical improvement, speed and/or endurance.
